Am here in Calgary now with winters that fall to -25 to -30 degrees C. We consider -15 degrees C decent winter cycling. And for me, without much ice and snow. The prairie dry air sucks up slushy snow faster than in Ontario or Vancouver BC.

The City of Calgary does a pretty good job of keeping the main bike paths snow free.
