This is not a comment on this blog entry, more of a question. With the "Sharrows" coming to King street, should it be the car drivers noticing the bicycles sharing the lane or the bicycles noticing the cars sharing the lane? Is it a bike lane with cars or a car lane with bikes? I think that this is important for the average cyclist to consider because if these are cycling lanes then the responsibility is on the cyclist to occupy the bicycle lane, and the car driver then must recognise that it is the car that is the guest, not the cyclist. What do you think?
