I can't tell you the number of times this happens when I'm out jogging. A real startling and irritating experience. Then again other joggers and little old ladies in walkers startle me when they pass too.

A pet peeve of mine is cyclists who go the wrong way in the bike lane. I ride in the bike lane on the right hand side of the road. What am I supposed to do when another cyclist is coming at me in the bike lane? Swerve into traffic? Is this worse than riding on the sidewalk?
