Should be republished as the de facto rules of the bicycling road...and widely distributed to all schools in the region.

Not sure where you're coming from, Ajlouny. In the rough and tumble real world of an Asian city, those rules are right on the money.

In large SE Asian cities, cyclists are viewed as traffic fodder if they do not
claim a piece of the road. You do what you have to, in order to get some respect!
