Yes, it was a hot one. I was unable to make it to the first square2square due to other commitments so have nothing to compare this to, but was surprised at how many people did not show up for this even either. That said though, it was a lot of fun, and I had some interesting conversations with total strangers that would not have happened if it was not for the event happening - things which bring people out into public spaces together are a good thing and need to be encouraged.

The brutal heat and an angry sunburn from two days prior kept me away. That's a shame, because I was really looking forward to it. I really hope the low turnout doesn't spoil the chance of future car free days happening.

It was really fun, wear light clothes over that time.
