I don't have a lot of faith that a lobby organization for the automotive industry is going to choose a road because it's unfriendly to bikes but...

my vote is for Courtland Ave, between the southern end of the Iron Horse Trail and the entrance to Homer Watson Park at Manitou and Schneider's Greenway. Connecting two nice long cycling trails by a deathtrap of a road makes little sense to me.
