Mike Boos

What's even more snot-worthy was that PST was present at Council and should have known better. The delegations in favour of the segregated bike lanes were by no means the Lycra crowd. (OK, I'll admit to owning some Lycra shorts, but mostly for touring, not everyday commuting.)

In fact, I made a point in my delegation (on behalf of the Kitchener Cycling Advisory Committee - a group composed of men and women with a variety of interests in cycling) that protected lanes were for anyone 8 years old to 80, not just MAMILs (Middle Aged Men In Lycra). The fact that Taylor likely heard those words and yet chose to write otherwise tells me all I need to know about his column.
